In addition to digital radiography and intraoperative fluoroscopy, we offer in-house advanced diagnostic imaging with our 64-slice CT scanner. This imaging modality enables us to provide precise surgery while ensuring the best care for your pet.

Meet Our Board-Certified Surgeon

Dr. Jared Baum, DVM, DACVS (SA) earned his undergraduate degree from Columbia University. He then obtained a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine. Upon graduation, he completed a one-year internship in small animal medicine and surgery at the University of Guelph Ontario Veterinary College. Following his internship, he completed a three-year residency in small animal surgery at Cornell University. 

Most recently, Dr. Baum has been practicing in South Florida, where he has gained a reputation for compassionate care, clear communication, and exceptional surgical care. He understands the importance of advocating for yourself and your pet. It is this understanding that inspired Dr. Baum to establish PEAK under the foundation of its core values: precision, excellence, attentiveness, and kindness.

Having grown up in Boca Raton, Dr. Baum is proud to be back in Palm Beach County to serve his community.
